Star Powers Give more destructive power to Colonel Ruffs by using his Air Superiority Star Power. It is good to use when enemies are not moving or immobilized by your teammates to hit them easily.

Fixed some gadgets & star powers that affect attack effects: now it won't trigger to pets and turrets. Colonel Ruffss new Gadget, Air Support, calls in an air strike that automatically targets nearby enemies.

Byron and Bibi now can use their gadgets even when they have full HP.
